The free review
What do I get in the free review?
A personal video, about 5 minutes long, where I walk through your Google Business Profile and show you exactly what to fix first. It's free, with no pitch and no obligation.
What happens after my free review?
Nothing, unless you want it to. If you'd like help, reply to the email and I'll send you a clear quote. If not, keep the tips and use them yourself.
Working together
How much does it cost after that?
Basic is $250/mo: your Google profile cared for every week, plus a monthly summary. Growth is $450/mo and adds review requests, directory listings and website tune-ups. Premium is $750/mo and adds a monthly website update, Facebook and Instagram posts, and AI-ready info. After your free review, I'll tell you which plan fits and send you a clear quote by email. It's month-to-month.
Is the no-setup-fee offer still open?
It's for our first 10 clients. We don't run countdowns or fake "spots left" counters. If the offer still applies when I send your quote, the quote will say so.
What's your guarantee?
Within 30 days you'll see real improvements to your Google profile: new posts every week, every review answered, fresh photos, complete info. If we don't deliver that, month 2 is free. It's a promise about the work we deliver, not about traffic or rankings. No one can honestly guarantee those.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Work is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Stop any time.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. You add Toolbelt Local as a manager on your Google Business Profile, so no passwords are shared. You keep full ownership and can remove access any time.
How much of my time does this take?
A few minutes to get started. After that, we do the work and send you a monthly results summary.
What's in the monthly results summary?
Calls, map views, reviews and rankings, plus a short note on what we did and what's next. One page, plain English.
Can you promise I'll rank first?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google rankings or what AI tools say. What we can do is make your profile complete, accurate and active, and show you what's changing in your monthly results summary.
Can you really get me into ChatGPT and other AI answers?
Nobody controls what AI tools say. What we can do is make sure your business info is accurate and consistent in the places those tools learn from.
Do you build websites?
Yes, simple, fast sites with a one-tap call button. If your current site works, we can improve it instead of starting over.
About us
Who actually does the work? Is it all AI?
I lead every account and I'm your point of contact. My AI team helps with research, drafts and routine updates, which makes things faster. A real person stays in charge.
Where are you based?
In Colombia. Toolbelt Local works remotely and serves U.S. businesses only. Colombia stays on UTC−5 all year, so we're on the same time as U.S. Eastern from early November to mid-March and U.S. Central the rest of the year. Everything happens by email and video. We don't have a U.S. office.
